About the role:
Chesters Plumbing and Bathroom are after a highly motivated Branch Manager with exceptional leadership skills and strong sales ability and leaning. This pivotal role is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the branch as well as taking a lead role in growing business relationships. We are looking for someone with previous experience as a plumbing and bathroom merchant Branch Manager, or someone with awesome plumbing and bathroom industry or supplier experience and is up for a new challenge.
First and foremost, we are looking for a hands-on grounded leader with experience leading and managing people. Someone with a natural sales skillset and a strong relationship builder confident working alongside suppliers, customers, and the Chesters team.
