We know many areas of the health system are not working well for Pacific people, aiga, ngutuare tangata, famili, kāinga, magafoa, kaiga, vuvale and kaaiga (families) and communities. In fact, Pacific health inequities are observed throughout the lifecourse, from pregnancy and early childhood through to older age.

We have opportunities available to join our regional and National Pacific Health teams in a Business Support role.The purpose of the Business Support role is to provide day to day administration support to ensure the team's work is delivered on time and to a high-quality standard.
This role would see you coordinate team meetings and gather supporting documentation. Make travel and accommodation bookings and manage confidentiality whilst booking meetings and managing calendar appointments.
We have 4 Business Support roles available across the below areas, please indicate your preference in a short cover letter.
Te Waipounamu and Central region Workforce Development team (location flexible)
Te Manawa Taki and Northern region Intelligence and Insights team (location flexible)

You will be someone able to support the team by managing and priortising tasks such as proof reading, formatting, collation and distribution of documents. You'll be able to assist with project coordination and manage financial administration and processing of invoices and reconciling payments for staff work related expenses as delegated.
