The Opportunity In this role, the Channel Category Manager will aim to become the Category partner of choice for our key On the Go retailers by building strategic, category-centric relationships based on thought leadership, a customer-first approach and exceptional translation of insights into execution plans. Key responsibilities include : Build customer-led category partnerships with key retailers with the aim of becoming category partner of choice Utilise customer-led data to build compelling stories to grow the category for the retailer and SO's share of it leveraging expertise and insights Proactively seek out opportunities to add value through insights with key retailers beyond the day-to-day Lead the Category Review process with account managers to define key objectives, compile relevant data and combine into a compelling selling story, utilising research and insights to identify trends and opportunities for future category growth Co-build joint business plans with key retailers in partnership with account managers, ensuring a basis in category drivers and category strategy What's in your toolkit?
