Missions
Rattaché(e) au Chef d'entreprise, vous êtes responsable de la réalisation des Affaires :
•De l'organisation, de la planification, du suivi, du contrôle, de la fixation des objectifs des équipes de réalisation, de la logistique et des moyens (humains et matériels) nécessaires à l'exécution de ses contrats
•De l'approbation de l'ensemble des documents d'exécutions et courriers clients
•Des consultations et achats de matériel
De la mise en place des contrats de sous-traitance dans les règles de la société
Gestion des affaires (conformément à la charte de gestion Satelec):
•Etablissement des situations et facturations ainsi que l'optimisation des délais de paiements clients
•Réaliser les bilans financiers, prévisionnels et annuels de ses affaires suivants les procédures en place
Gestion et Encadrement du Personnel :
•Respecte et fait respecter le règlement intérieur, les règles du droit du travail et la politique QSE en vigueur
•Gestion du plan de charge (prévisionnel)
•Réalise les entretiens individuels d'évaluation de son équipe
Domaine Activité Aménagement de la ville 2.0:
•Déploiement de la SmartCity (collectivités, routes, autoroutes et tunnels)
•Eclairage public connecté et des grands espaces (stades, parkings…)
•Régulation de trafic
•Vidéosurveillance
•Recharge véhicules électriques
•Marché performance énergétique
•Mise en lumière de monuments et illuminations festives
•Signalisation Lumineuse Tricolore
•Enfouissement de réseaux
Profil
2-3 ans
Contrat
Cdi … temps complet
Profil et Prérequis (Niveau étude,outils, logiciels, certifications, habilitations…)
Profil :
- Formation supérieure en Génie Electrique, Electrotechnique ou assimilée.
- Expérience à partir de 2 ans
- Permis B exigé.
- Maitrise des outils informatiques et bureautiques. La connaissance d’AUTOCAD est un plus.
Qualités requises :
Rigoureux et dynamique, vous êtes désireux de participer à des projets à forts enjeux économiques. Vous avez le sens de la communication aussi bien envers les clients que les techniciens. Vous avez le charisme pour manager les équipes.
