Qualifications & experience
• Minimum of two years supervisory experience in a similar style operation.
Tasks & responsibilities
• To run the busy kitchen on a daily basis, ensuring high standards of service and hygiene
• Help with Visa if required. Matakana is one hour north of Auckland in an area of beautiful beaches, wineries, markets and activities for all. Tramcar Diner is owned by Matakana Market Kitchen who also own the Vintry. We can offer skills training and progression in many aspects of hospitality.
