To join us on this journey we are looking for a Claims Service Coordinator to manage and co-ordinate the day-to-day administrative tasks of Recovery, Liability, Assessing and investigations teams effectively and efficiently. Working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure customers are receiving the required services while actively managing caseloads and costs.

To be successful in this role you have proven insurance industry knowledge and a good understanding of daily banking processes. You've had previous experience serving customers, efficient on systems, good reporting skills and have working knowledge of the insurance law application.
