We have a fantastic opportunity for a skilled and high performingindividual to join for our team. The Clinical Surveillance Programme Coordinator manages our surveillance programme, ensuring referrals for monitoring and treatment procedures are actioned in accordance with service guidelines and patient and family data regarding colonoscopy procedure reports, are updated on the service's database.Full-time (40 hours), Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5.00pmGiven the importance of this role, we are seeking a highly organised individual, with excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail and who thrives when working as part of team.
