Our client is a large well-known organisation with a strong reputation as a leader of their industry and are renown as experts in their field.
They are in a period of growth, so to ensure absolute efficiency in all aspects of their service delivery, they are seeking to appoint a very switched-on Technically savvy Customer Service person, to join their very dedicated team.
By joining their busy Albany team, you will be responsible for first point of contact with customers who may want to order a product, have a product query, or have maybe they need some technical phone-based support around a product fault or issue.
The role will be to ensure that customers are dealt with in a friendly manner and all warranties, service, complaints and technical queries are deal with and the customers service needs are met.
What is most important in this role, is your very high-level of phone communication. You will need to demonstrate empathy, be positive, supportive and helpful and always aim to exceed customer expectations.

This is not an I.T Helpdesk related role and probably wouldn’t suit someone from this background.
It would best suit someone who has come from a similar customer support role, from within an industry where the product is possibly some sort of major appliance, or equipment, (or comparable).
Ideally you will also have deal with the consumer market, (the general public) rather than just business to business inquiries.

The Rewards:
$70K - $80K negotiable on experience.
The Hours: Monday to Friday – 9am – 5pm
However, for those who might be keen on working 4 weekdays and a Saturday, a higher salary will be offered for doing this. (Maybe another $5K).
