If you think you are up to the task to make the complex, simple and ensuring customers have the coverages they require, please read on!What you'll do Receiving a high volume of calls regarding Suncorp & GIO insurance products, you will: Deliver a seamless customer experience on various insurance products that provides value for our customersIdentify the appropriate insurance policies to meet customer requirementsAchieve customer sales and service targets set for car and home insurance. What you'll bring To be successful you will need: Ability to problem solve and make the complex simple for customersMotivated by meeting and exceeding goalsA team player who can engage virtually and face to faceHigh resilience and ability to adapt to changeAbility to develop knowledge and generate ideas through innovative thinking Shift & Hours We are recruiting for the following part time shift option: Option 1: *Sat, Tues, Wed, Fri - 20 hours per week - start window on weekends 8am-10am & weekdays 12.30pm-1.30pmOption 2: *Sat, Mon, Tues, Wed - 20 hours per week - start window 9am-11am 'Start window' means you can be asked to start at any time between the hours shown. You must be able to fully commit to the shift shown. *On Saturday shifts you will be eligible for 100% loading after 12pm. This training will be held onsite at our Ann Street office.Work from home requirementsAs this role will be a combination of compulsory onsite attendance and work from home you will need to be set up accordingly. To successfully work from home, you will require the following. Home phone line or VOIP connectionInternet connectionYou will be provided with a company issued Laptop which can plug into the facilities in the office, or to use when working from home.For work from home purposes, you will also need a keyboard, mouse and computer screen at home, combined with the required cables and/or dock to connect to the laptop.Ergonomic set up with desk and chair in a quiet, private space.
