Te Whiwhinga mahi - The Opportunity
Work in the Project and Business Interface Team as part of the Infrastructure Projects Delivery group.Support the Project Business Interface Lead with project related interactions.Provide advice to internal and external stakeholders and support the centre of excellence within the project group.Support the day to day operations and processes for project related interactions from members of the public and elected members including AT system (CRM) case management and escalations.Be receiving, logging, reviewing and assessing completeness of project documentation according to appropriate AT standards, procedures and policy.Be responsible for end to end public engagement for minor bus delivery projects including the production of reports on consultation project status and metrics using AT systems and tools.Ko koe tēnei | About you
