Te Whiwhinga mahi - The Opportunity

  • Work in the Project and Business Interface Team as part of the Infrastructure Projects Delivery group.
  • Support the Project Business Interface Lead with project related interactions.
  • Provide advice to internal and external stakeholders and support the centre of excellence within the project group.
  • Support the day to day operations and processes for project related interactions from members of the public and elected members including AT system (CRM) case management and escalations.
  • Be receiving, logging, reviewing and assessing completeness of project documentation according to appropriate AT standards, procedures and policy.
  • Be responsible for end to end public engagement for minor bus delivery projects including the production of reports on consultation project status and metrics using AT systems and tools.

  • Excellent written, grammar, spelling, comprehension and oral communication skills
  • Able to interpret technical information and communicate it in a simple way
  • Able to work across all levels of the organisation including the political environment
  • Ability to be customer oriented while maintaining a delivery focus
  • Excellent interpersonal skills including demonstrated experience mentoring, coaching, collaborating and team building.
