As OCS’  Digital Marketing Specialist , you will be an expert in all things digital marketing, including:

  • Website management – Umbreco, Laravel and Wix CMS an advantage.
  • Ads management – Google Ads, analytics and social media advertising.
  • SEO and SEM – organic and paid SEM.
  • Email marketing (Mailchimp & Pardot)
  • Lead-generation strategy, planning and reporting.
  • Copywriting, editing and content management (researching keywords, writing copy for ads, landing pages and marketspeak).
  • Your primary day-to-day responsibilities will be to:

  • Planning, implementing and evaluating digital marketing campaigns – all things website, ads and lead-gen.
  • Recommend sound and innovative digital strategies that align with our broader marketing and business strategy and drive brand visibility, lead generation and growth across New Zealand and Australia.
  • Create and manage Google Ads, conversion tracking, remarketing, reporting, tags and analytics.
  • Plan and improve SEO and eCommerce performance.
  • Prepare reports, data and analysis to proactively monitor and improve digital marketing performance, website user experience and identify promotional opportunities.
  • Load product and other content to our E-commerce, CMS channels.
  • You will report to the Marketing & Communications Manager ANZ and work collaboratively with our marketing team and partners.

    Role requirements

  • You have 2+ years digital marketing experience, ideally supporting B2B marketing and advertising.
  • You have experience maintaining websites (Umbraco, Laravel, Wix CMS an advantage).
  • You are a Google Ads hero and guru of all things SEO and SEM.
  • You have a passion for marketing analytics and lead-generation.
  • You are agile, eager and willing to take on feedback, make adjustments and contribute to the bigger picture.
  • You are a team player with exceptional attention to detail, excellent written communication, perfect grammar and strong interpersonal skills.
