The Opportunity: An exciting opportunity to join Fitness & Lifestyle Group's marketing team, on a 12-month, fixed-term maternity cover contract (with possibility of extension). Reporting to the Head of Marketing | Convenience, the Senior Marketing Manager will be responsible for the development and execution of integrated marketing plans for Jetts New Zealand, one of New Zealand's leading fitness brands.Our successful candidate will be a creative and independent individual and will have the opportunity to work cross functionally with our Australia-based marketing specialists, and locally with the Jetts NZ Club Operations team to take ownership of developing compelling, comprehensive marketing campaigns. You will utilise performance data to optimize campaigns in real-time, ensuring maximum performance, enhancing key brand health metrics, and driving growth. You will be responsible for analysing and reporting on the outcomes of our initiatives. This is a hybrid role, mixing 80/20 office and work-from-home responsibilities. Key duties and responsibilities will include: * Strategy Development: Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with our brand and business objectives, this includes the annual marketing campaign calendar and GTM initiatives. * Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimise digital and offline marketing campaigns. * Content Creation & Management: Collaborate with the creative and production team based in Australia to develop compelling and engaging content. * Performance Analysis: Monitor, analyse and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to digital and offline marketing efforts * Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to align marketing efforts with business goals. * Manage & Support Direct Report: As the Jetts NZ Senior Marketing Manager, one of the crucial aspects of your role will be managing a direct report – the Digital Media Specialist who executes paid and organic digital strategies.
