Looking for a position that has lots of variety and scope.  We are seeking a Distribution and Customer Account Administrator to join our friendly and supportive team.
This is a permanent position, on a two week roster system, 8.00am to 4.00pm shift one and 10.30am to 8.00pm shift two, Monday to Friday.  Shift hours may vary depending on work load, minimum guaranteed 35 hours of work per week, located at Taupiri.

Their continued growth and success have seen the creation of a brand new, purpose-built cool store and distribution hub at the centre of its operation here in the Waikato.
Purpose:
The distribution and customer account role is developed to ensure the dispatch and coordination of Cabernet Foods and Kintrye Meats product's to their customers, runs smoothly, efficiently, and accurately.
This role has many responsibilities and interdepartmental crossover.  It is the first point of customer engagement with answering both voice and electronic email communications.  The role involves finalising, consolidating and reconciling product picking, charges, and delivery activity.  Customer account managemeent involves delivery documents, invoices, credits and statements.  The role actively works and communicates with all company divisions; processing, distribution, warehousing, sales and administration.
Focus for this Role:
CRM

Keeping records of customer interactions on the CO CRM folder and filing documents.
Assist customers with their TAA application and establishment with the financial controller.
Electronic posting of customer invoices and weekly statement run.
Process approved credit notes in regard to product returns and pricing changes.
Customer complaint and product integrity return tracker to filter/direct correct department resolution and response. 

Dispatch and logistics support:

Support warehouse functionality on inventory control, order placement, picking allocation.
Invoice consolidation and electronic posting to customer and driver delivery documentation creation.
Driver load plans and communication instructions.
Organising and communicating with external freight providers to coordinate pick-ups, drop off.  
Following and monitoring sales to insure they meet their prescribed destination.
Organise freight logistics, dispatch and product tracking for all direct-to-consumer sales. This involves a co-ordination between processing, KML trucks and courier services.
Return driver manifest (POD) reconciliation, integrity checker and follow up action.
Customer complaint and product integrity return tracker to filter/direct correct department resolution and response.

Sales team support:

Working to support the sales desk to direct customer enquiries and order placement.
Managing large amounts of incoming calls and email enquiries. 

Social Media/Online

Administration and postings of the social media platforms aligned to the groups brands
To draw attention and promote group products, services and activities
Promotion generation and account management of sales channels via the company website and attached direct to market sites such as Grab one.
Organise freight logistics, dispatch and product tracking for all direct-to-consumer sales.  This involves a co-ordination between KML trucks and courier services.

Other general:

Assistance to the Financial Controller.
Participation in other task and special projects as required.
Contribute to the general office duties shared amongst staff.

Close collaboration with all internal stakeholders. Processing, Warehousing, Distribution and sales.
Develop and foster relationships with external stakeholders including trade customers, key account customers
Work across the business as a professional and positive team player, encouraging and modelling excellent communication and teamwork. 

Qualifications and Experience:
Qualifications:

Previous CRM administration and dispatch experience
Strong technical skills, particularly in CRM, IT and online platforms
B2B relationship management
NZQA Level 4 in Sales and Marketing or at least three years of relevant experience preferred
