Engagement and Performance Managers (EPMs) work with a range of healthcare companies to ensure service providers meet the terms of their contracts, with a focus on relationship and performance management. We help to educate treatment providers on how to work successfully with ACC, including troubleshooting issues when they arise.

To be successful in this role you’ll demonstrate:

  • Contract management and performance management experience, either in a health sector role or in addition to your health sector experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent relationship management skills
  • Commercial acumen
  • Credibility in your engagement with senior leaders
  • Problem solving, risk assessment, and issue management skills
  • A strong awareness of ACC’s purchasing and funding responsibilities in the NZ health system
  • Experience in District Health Board service delivery.

This is a Wellington-based permanent role in a national team of 17.
