Your key focus areas include: Ensures completion of tasks in an effective and efficient way according to agreed objectives, budget, procedures, MPS and specifications; provides reporting as required.Communicates, engages and develops team members and internal department to enable them to maximise their contribution to the section's performance.Accountable for legal/ HACCP compliance across health and safety, food safety, security, SOP compliance, operating hours of teams and gateOPEX (in-house operational excellence program).Contributes and manages within defined information systems and working procedures to ensure quality of product and equipment and service to the customer.Contributes and manages within defined information systems and working procedures to ensure quality of product and equipment and service to the customer.Responsible for the escalation and resolution of conflict and provides solutions and executes corrective actions.Leads and participates in shift briefings communicates, engages and develops team members to enable them to maximize their contribution to the team and operational performance.Carries out end of shift checks, ensuring equipment is shut down, shift issues are resolved in our internal systems are updated, and accurate handover is complete.To be successful in this role, we envisage you have:  Minimum 2 years supervisory experience working in a high volume, manufacturing, food production, and/or restaurant/catering environment or equivalent experience in the related field is preferredExperience in an operational environment.Completed relevant Vocational training in food preparation, preferred.Flexibly in your work hours.
