Purpose of role:Blackmores NZ is a small and passionate team, responsible for the commercial success of leading natural health products. Seeking a go-getter and passionate field sales leader, this hands-on role will be based in-field and will lead our field sales team of 7 to future success.This role, based in Auckland, is responsible for developing and executing Field Sales Strategies across the New Zealand Grocery, Pharmacy, Health Food/Tourism and Practitioner channels to deliver annual sales targets, key metrics and to ensure high level customer satisfaction.We can offer:A fully maintained fleet vehicle as part of the packageA culture of professional development and personal growthBlackmores promotes a healthy work life balance by encouraging flexible working practicesResponsibilities include:Ensure Pharmacy and Grocery field sales team objectives are set and aligned to Blackmores New Zealand category, customer and channel plans.Develop, implement and communicate processes to ensure high level execution in field.Analyse field reporting and provide insights to sales management team into the execution of targeted field activity to enable appropriate coaching where requiredEstablish clear expectations and effectively communicate expectations to field teamDelivery against key KPIs including market share, Gross Sales through to Gross Profit, and customer engagementIn partnership with the Marketing, Category and Naturopath Trainer/Educator to lead and support the annual field sales training curriculumRegularly review training effectiveness and discuss enhancement for development and delivery with Marketing, Category and Naturopath Trainer/Educator.Who are you?5 years quality sales experience in an FMCG &/or Pharmacy environment3 years’ experience leading field sales team as well as an in-depth understanding of field managementKey Account Management experiencePassion for sales and the use of dataDriven, go-getter who executes with purposes and ruthlessly priorities work that adds valueInterested?
