Reporting to the Chief Sales Officer, you'll be part of the Farmlands Leadership Group and tasked with the delivery of Farmlands' financial and strategic goals in the Retail space. You'll lead our Regional Retail Managers and our Retail Operations Team to success and support a positive team culture across the country.
