He kōrero mō mātou | Project New GradProject New Grad is an industry leading engineering graduate programme, like no other, and is a 3-year graduate programme made up of 12-month rotation placements between Tauranga City Council, GHD and Fulton Hogan. The three companies have a common vision of delivering industry leading infrastructure projects, looking after our environment, and helping New Zealanders to have a better future.This programme is a unique opportunity to get a full view of the civil engineering industry and build experience across client, consultant, and contractor organisations.We think the grads who have completed this programme are amongst the best in the industry!He whakamārama mō te tūranga mahi | About the roleThis programme offers a unique opportunity to get hands-on experience of the full engineering lifecycle. From planning and design through to the construction and maintenance, our goal is to give you as much experience as is possible.In this role you will:Experience projects from three different perspectives

Work with industry leaders with a wealth of knowledge and experience

Gain practical and theoretical project management experience

Enjoy a true rotational grad programme
