We are currently seeking a Handy-Person.
We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills and detailed local knowledge. This is a varied, hands-on role where you will need to be willing and able to pull your sleeves up and get stuck into maintenance projects as they arise. To apply for this role you will need to be passionate about delivering a superior customer experience and thrive on customer interaction.
The successful candidate will have:
- Relevant maintenance / handyman experience
- Building and Painting experience,
- Gardening skills,
- Clean New Zealand Drivers' License for 2 years (essential) with a P endorsement (preferred).
- Experience in a customer service role
- In-depth local knowledge (preferred)
- Be a team player,
- Be punctual, and reliable.
- Have excellent presentation and communication skills
- Have a good level of physical fitness
