About the Role:
This is a big change role tasked to lead and drive the acceleration of this business by maximising the value and growth of the SME business channel. The business has big plans for this channel and needs a heavy hitter to deliver to the strategy, leadership and growth expectations.
You will be responsible for building plans for long term strategic growth and delivering business transformation. You’ll need to be equally as comfortable speaking to customers as you are presenting to the Board – we need a well-rounded, super accomplished, commercial General Manager or General Manager of Sales.
You will be an extraordinary, top of your game leader – one we all aspire to be like! Passionate about championing your team and loyal to your business – a real force to be reckoned with.
You’ll have a strong solution selling background and be able to quickly engage a sales team, with drive and stamina to lead from the front at a rapid pace.
As a highly capable Executive and a well-known and respected thought leader within your current industry, you will be sought after for your experience identifying and building capability and gaining momentum. You’ll clearly understand end to end sales and have exposure to mass market. The customer needs to be at the forefront of all you do and building and delivering a world class sales model will be not only something you have done before, but something you are excited about doing again!
You will currently be in a Sales Director, General Manager or CEO of a smaller business role (likely from within the FMCG or Services sector) looking for your chance to own and transform a large, complex business unit.
