**What you’ll do** + Carry out routine inspections in all areas of the hotel. + Assist in cleaning and re-supplying the given number of guest rooms and other areas of the hotel.

+ Ensure high level of communication with housekeeping team and other departments to resolve any room related queries. + Run reports for rooms sold, arrivals, departures and vacant rooms.

+ Prepare and distribute rooms to the housekeeping team on shift. + Carry out trainings for new starters and update all training records.

+ Guest satisfaction is the primary motto for this function. + Have a sound knowledge of all hotel products and services and actively recommend to our guests.
