We will be more than happy if you share your expertise to strengthen and polish the existing HR processes, including the development of HR policies and programs, talent acquisition and retention, diversity and inclusion, performance management, compensation and benefits, learning and development, employee relations, etc.In a direct reporting relationship with the CEO, the Director of Human Resources will assume the role of a trusted advisor on all matters of HR, collaborating closely with senior leadership.
