Our amazing team member is off on an exciting adventure so we're looking for a senior level internal communications manager to cover a one-year maternity contract. This is a dynamic and interesting role with the opportunity to positively influence our culture and engagement.
You'll work closely with the Head of Corporate Affairs & Sustainability to lead strategic internal communications programmes that connect people to our purpose and our strategy, drive change, and ultimately, help improve performance. You'll help bring our strategy to life by telling our story to our people and sharing our successes.
You will be a key business partner to all areas of our business, from senior leaders to project teams.
To be successful in this role you will have exceptional writing and communications skills with at least 7+ years' experience working in internal and external communications, preferably with a degree in communications or journalism. You will have the ability to step in from time to time to help our external communications specialist manage media relations. Experience working in crisis/issue management and a level head is crucial.
Ideally, you'll be across the latest digital communications trends with the drive and ability to try new things and implement them quickly. Most importantly you'll work collaboratively as part of a team and have the ability to build relationships across the business.
