Inovo has developed a reputation for a professional, collaborative approach, drawing on our invaluable knowledge and extensive experience across our wider team. We are respected in the project management, project planning and land development services sectors for providing a comprehensive range of professional project services. With an exciting growth plan in place, we are seeking a talented land development professional to assist in building and leading a team of land development professionals to deliver projects across the Auckland region. You may be an experienced Development Manager, Surveyor or Civil Engineer looking for an exciting opportunity to take the next step into a role with unlimited potential for growth and rewards to match.The OpportunityThis role will see you utilising and expanding your client relationship networks to establish Inovo Land Development Services capabilities in the Auckland region.As a key leadership position within the company, you will be working alongside our senior leadership and management teams and supported by our highly experienced team of Surveyors, Engineers, Planners and Project Managers to build a business unit around your role.The role involves business development, client-facing activities, strategic planning, growing a team and expanding the work pipeline. As such, you should possess strong inter-personal and leadership skills.Along with business development, it is expected you will be working in a leadership position on land development and infrastructure projects across the Auckland region from inception through to delivery, utilising your local knowledge, strong technical, leadership and project management capabilities to develop customised solutions for our clients with our highly skilled team of professionals.You will have:A minimum of 10 years’ end-to-end land development experience in the Auckland regionProven track record of developing new business opportunities and cultivating relationships with potential clientsA strong understanding of the Auckland market and the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunitiesAn established network of connections in local government and the private sectorSolid commercial, project management and business development experienceUniversity degree in Surveying, Civil, Environmental, Natural Resources Engineering or similarProven management and leadership skills and a collegial, team-player attitudeAn understanding of the legislative frameworks we operate in, including the Resource Management Act and associated regulations.Creative thinking to develop innovative solutions and provide high quality advice for our clients.Drive and energy to succeed! Working at InovoWe are professional, hardworking people. Our team is composed of genuine, diverse and caring individuals who take the time to understand our clients' needs and offer support throughout the project lifecycle. The people who choose to work with us know that we welcome robust discussion and original ideas, while leveraging the extensive experience within the company and our strong relationships with collaborators.
