Homes of Choice primarily focuses on housing provision, while Spectrum Care oversees a range of care and support services provided by its staff. Over the past 25 years, the Spectrum Foundation Group has experienced steady growth, and collectively, these three charitable entities now employ approximately 1,300 individuals throughout the North Island. In addition to its philanthropic endeavours, Spectrum Foundation offers shared services to both Spectrum Care and Homes of Choice. Learning and Development is one of the shared services offered.As an L&D Facilitator, you will be our champion of growth, designing epic learning quests, unleashing your creativity, and inspiring our team to reach new heights. You can be expected to collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to develop content and deliver or facilitate learning opportunities to both groups and individuals in a virtual, face-to-face, and blended context.Key to your success will be your ability to harness technology such as e-learning, our learning management system, content authoring tools like Articulate 360, webinars, and video conferencing for efficient and effective reach for remote learners. However, there will also be plenty of opportunities to engage with learners on a face-to-face and one-to-one basis.Based in our Central Auckland office and reporting to the Learning & Development Lead, the ideal candidate for this opportunity is someone with a strong background in adult learning who also has some experience in online or e-learning, industry qualifications, and liaising with Industry Training Organisations (ITOs).
