About the Role 

Due to an internal promotion, we are looking for an experienced L & D Advisor to join our dynamic and fun team.  This is a great opportunity where you can work independently and use your creative flair to enhance our people learning experiences.  

You will have a natural curiosity around what highly successful organisations are doing globally, that is innovative in the L & D space. 

Working closely with our Senior OD Advisors and HR Business Partners, you will support our L & D programme of work to ensure it is fit for purpose and enables our people to deliver successfully.  This includes supporting the development of our capability framework and facilitating workshops for staff at all levels.  

You will also have an opportunity to support the implementation of our new LMS system and work on some exciting OD projects. 

Skills and Experience 

Our ideal candidate will offer: 

  • relevant learning and development experience
  • effective facilitation skills, accreditation in TMI is highly desirable
  • excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels
  • an understanding of incorporating te ao Māori into learning initiatives
  • excellent organisational and planning skills
  • proven experience delivering quality work in a fast-paced environment
  • confidence to work independently
  • agile thinking with a desire to achieve results.

Salary range: $75,829 to $98,131.  Appointment within this range will be based on skills and experience.
