We have an awesome opportunity for a Learning Facilitator to join our Customer Services Learning team on a 12 month fixed term contract to cover parental leave.
Reporting to the Customer Services Learning Lead this role combines your love of all things Learning with reservations, ticketing, customer service and sales experience to support the learning needs of our business. One of the primary responsibilities in this role will be the ability to design, create and deliver innovative learning solutions, both digitally and in the classroom, to meet the changing world we live and work in.
No two days are the same in our industry and this diverse and challenging role requires an energetic professional with excellent time management and communication skills. The ability to remain calm under pressure and rapidly build strong relationships with management and leadership teams will help you be successful.
