We are proud of our robust research culture and currently undertake teaching, research and professional service in many areas of nursing and health care. Massey University has a commitment to working in partnership with Maori and seeks to make a contribution to Maori development consistent with Maori aspirations and expectations, through all the University’s activities. The national School of Nursing, is focused on leading the future development of nursing in New Zealand.

A newly developed and innovative curriculum has been designed to provide education at undergraduate level which is integrated into postgraduate level study to prepare nurses to lead person-centred and future orientated care across all areas of service delivery. Our teaching, research and professional development are aimed to deliver education and evidence based learning for the future.
