Job Description:

Icebreaker, a leading outdoor clothing company based in Dunedin, Otago, NZ, is seeking a motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Live Chat Representative. This is a part-time remote work position at the Associate level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via live chat in a timely and professional manner- Provide product information, sizing guidance, and assistance with online orders- Resolve customer complaints and issues, escalating to the appropriate department when necessary- Proactively engage with customers to promote products and provide personalized recommendations- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize customer engagement and satisfaction- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Stay up to date on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies

Requirements:- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment- Hardworking and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service- Creativity and attention to detail in problem-solving and decision-making- Proficiency in computer skills and customer service software- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
