    As the organisation moves to the next stage in their journey a new role has emerged for a Procurement and Supply Chain Manager to support the business in achieving their strategic goals around supply, best practice and contract effectiveness.

    This position will be to manage all facets of the Procurement and Supply chain function, reporting into the COO and providing strategic insights, process and intelligence to the business, allowing for high quality decision making. You will be all things Supply Chain, providing the Strategy and implementing it, building the team to support delivery of your shared vision, and your motivation to succeed.

    Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the end to end supply chain function
  • Develop the strategies and implement them
  • Mange supplier contracts ensuring successful financial and service-related outcomes
  • Constantly innovating!
  • Maximising the use of technology and digitisation to benefit the function

    As an organisation is a positive state of flux, you will need to be flexible, dynamic, with the ability to take on multiple challenges, and evolve the strategy on an ongoing basis. You will work closely with COO and key stakeholders to understand the requirements and needs.

    You must have excellent commercial experience, understand how to develop a strategic plan across Supply Chain and Procurement within a manufacturing business, ideally FMCG. You will have worked in a digital environment and know how to embrace technology to maximise the benefits with strong analytical ability.
