The Energy Efficiency and Conservation Authority (EECA) is a government agency aiming to mobilise New Zealanders to be world leaders in clean and clever energy use.

EECA’s key platform is Gen Less, which brings together businesses, organisations, communities and consumers in a shared mission to reduce our climate impact.

If New Zealand is going to reduce its greenhouse gas emissions in line with international obligations, we need to think differently about how we use energy – and we need to harness the collective will and ingenuity of New Zealanders to help us.

If you are an experienced, dynamic marketer who wants to use your skills to make a real difference in the world, we need you on the team.

Based in Wellington or Auckland, you’ll join our Communications and Engagement team, which manages EECA’s communications campaigns, market research, digital platforms, sponsorship and events.

As well as extensive marketing experience, you’ll need to have an enquiring mind, be able to take on complex problems and be willing to challenge the status quo. You will be a team player and influencer.

You will have experience in the process of design, production and delivery into market of advertising and promotions.
