What you will be doing
The purpose of this position is to contribute to the success of Tower by delivering world class capability and excellence across our motor assessing for Tower in NZ and the Pacific.
Reporting to the Head of Assessing, Investigations and Supply Chain you will develop and lead the Motor Assessing team to great customer and technical service through close oversight of the operational controls and risks for the Assessors, repairers and technology.
Responsible for Tower's motor assessing services you will ensure we are efficient and comply to repair standards of more than 30,000 p.a. with technical repair methods that ensure the highest quality and mitigate costs, as we significantly grow our organisation.
You will need to be continuously challenging and improving customer promotion of our partnerships, our processes, and our technologies to exceed KPI's and SLA's.
