About the role

A few key points on what you could expect in this role.

Ensure technical capability aligns with operational requirements, and is developed in a way that supports future business needs.

Identify and deliver training requirements and programmes to support the improvement of technical and leadership capability.

Identify, scope, develop, deploy, train and embed new work practices into the business.

Manage business process change programmes.

Develop, monitor, and update policies and procedures.

Provide “hands on” leadership, management and coordination of project work streams and participate as a project team member where required.

Regular reporting and business intelligence in place and shared with key stakeholders.

Have a high level of property valuation technical skills and willing to undertake high value valuation projects.

Identify and address the impact of regulatory, environmental, social and competitor factors on QV’s strategic activity.

Your skills and experience

Proven leadership capability.

Ability to successfully manage programmes of work across multiple teams.

Strong interpersonal skills (listening, negotiation, influencing).

Flexible and have a history of delivering results in a changing work environment.

Experience working with Learning Management Systems and content authoring tools.

Client and commercial centric mind set.

Hands-on and solution oriented with the ability to influence others to do the same.

Possess a passion for educating people to see them reach their potential.ou will have a collaborative working style yet be able to stand on your own two feet.

Be a doer, capable of speedily delivering high volumes of quality work, yet also be flexible and able respond to incoming requests.
