What you will do 

  •        Management of technical support staff nationwide;
  •        Drive technology for business outcomes;
  •        Operational and strategic planning;
  •        Vendor management/ Service delivery;
  •        Reporting on delivery of services.

This role will require you to be available on an on-call basis outside of core hours every 3 weeks.

What we need 

  •        Strong management experience along with a good understanding of technology;
  •        Previous enterprise operational experience;
  •        Vendor management skills;
  •        Strong written and verbal communication;
  •        Excellent stakeholder management;
  •        Ability to offer solutions at a Senior Level.

  • is a citizen of, and/or has resided continuously in one or more of the following countries for the last 10 years: either Australia, Canada, NZ, UK or the USA; and has a background history that is verifiable and can be assessed as appropriate by the NZSIS towards a recommendation of suitability for a security clearance at a higher level.
