Join Te Whatu Ora as the National Transition Lead and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Data & Digital services across the motu. This is a unique opportunity to lead a significant change initiative and make a lasting impact on our organisation.
As the National Transition Lead, you will lead our Data & Digital Transition Programme, overseeing the implementation of new structures and processes. Your strategic leadership will guide cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment, collaboration, and successful adoption of new technologies. This role is critical to our organisation's growth, as you will drive change efforts during a crucial six-month transition period, setting the stage for a modern digital service.

You are an experienced leader with a strong background in managing large and complex work programs within operational and business-facing contexts. Your project management skills are exceptional, and you have a track record of successfully implementing change initiatives in large organisations undergoing business transformations. Your leadership abilities are evident in your capability to inspire and motivate teams and individuals to embrace change and achieve desired outcomes. You possess excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills, allowing you to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
