Service Foods began its operations in Christchurch as a small grocer in 1983. Fast forward to today and they now stand as one of New Zealand's largest and most premier privately/family owned and operated food service distribution businesses. Their product range is extensive, across Produce, Butchery, Seafood, Essentials and Ethnic food.
They supply to Cafes, Restaurants, Hotels, Rest Homes, QSRs, Manufacturers, Retailers, Distributors, Cruise Ships and Exporters nationwide. They directly import over 4000 products from over 20 countries and supplement this with over 8000 locally produced products.
With 300+ vehicles across their 13 regional hubs, we’re now looking for an experienced individual to take the lead on all things fleet.
About the Role:
As is stands, Service Foods run 200 trucks and over 150 cars across the country. This role offers a huge opportunity for someone with a track record in large scale national fleet management, and everything that comes with it. Bring your knowledge of ‘what good looks like’ and lead on further structuring of end-to-end fleet management and policy. Reporting to the GM Assets and with a dotted line to the COO, you’ll be working closely with other members of the SLT as well as branch managers across the country.
