We are now seeking to appoint an experienced Horticulture and Viticulture Machinery Sales Specialist, who can develop and execute sales strategies to achieve the company's new business growth objectives. As an experienced senior sales professional, you will be recognised for acquiring new business, developing strong relationships, growing revenue and exceeding expectation within Key & Corporate accounts. If you are the exceptional Sales leader we are looking for, you will take on the following in your stride: Proven experience in new business development and a track record of success in driving growth and increasing market share Development of new business sales strategies through innovative approaches which exceed company targets Experience in managing Key, Corporate accounts Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to build relationships and influence others Excellent planning and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise Representing the company, brands and products at field days and trade shows Assisting the National Sales Manager to implement annual sales, marketing and promotional activities About you You enjoy a hands-on environment, leading from the front and building lasting relationships with your customers. Your self-motivated, highly organised, and have the desire to achieve results. Being comfortable with new business sales targets and accountability, you can also manage your time effectively.  You have more than 5 years experience within the horticulture and viticulture sectors.
