Role Description:
We are looking for a high-energy, driven professional with sound business acumen, strong technical aptitude and natural sales instincts to join our Core Salesforce organisation. This particular role will be covering the NZ market.

As a Business Development Representative you will act as part of a Regional Sales Team hunting new business within specific NZ territories.

  • Minimum Qualifications:

  • A desire or interest in selling in the NZ market

  • Experience with the ANZ market

  • 2 – 4 years of full-time corporate experience

  • “Tech savvy” – have a pure interest in tech and able to navigate around technology with ease

  • Proven track record of success

  • Experience being held to KPIs/Targets and overachieving on them

  • A strong resilient attitude

  • Hunter motivation and mentality, drive and a self-starting attitude

  • Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment

  • Ability to understand customer needs and meet that need with a successful product sale

  • Ability to multi-task, take initiative, prioritise, and manage time effectively

  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills

  • Preferred Qualifications:

  • CRM experience preferred

  • Sales experience a plus

  • Enterprise prospecting experience a plus

  • Experience selling into ANZ sector
