As a Business Development Representative you will act as part of a Regional Sales Team hunting new business within specific NZ territories.

Partner with our experienced Account Executives to help fill their pipeline and develop your skills

Research and build new and existing accounts (i.e. adding contacts, sending emails, strategic calling)
Conduct high level conversations with senior executives in prospect accounts
Evangelise salesforce.com and the on-demand model

A desire or interest in selling in the NZ market
Experience with the ANZ market
2 – 4 years of full-time corporate experience
“Tech savvy” – have a pure interest in tech and able to navigate around technology with ease
Proven track record of success
Experience being held to KPIs/Targets and overachieving on them
A strong resilient attitude
Hunter motivation and mentality, drive and a self-starting attitude
Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment
Ability to understand customer needs and meet that need with a successful product sale
Ability to multi-task, take initiative, prioritise, and manage time effectively
Excellent written/verbal communication skills
CRM experience preferred
Sales experience a plus
Enterprise prospecting experience a plus
Experience selling into ANZ sector
