What you’ll do
Reporting to the Talent Chapter Lead based in Australia, you will lead the NZ Talent ‘home’ team within our agile People team model, working in close collaboration with our Career Experiences Tribes and Squads and the broader NZ People Leadership team to design fit for purpose talent strategies for today and tomorrow.
