Ko wai koe About YouThis role is working withOlder People needing a hospital admission and rehabilitation to enable them toreturn home and / or to community facilities. You will work within amulti-disciplinary team to determine and meet the patient goals and outcomes. Yourday would include, ADL assessment and rehabilitation, cognitive assessments andtreatment and complex discharge planning. New graduates or OT - s intheir early years of practice will be supported by a dedicated Clinical Coach, enablingyour learning and development in extending your clinical practice and the development of Occupational Therapy skills.
