The Team: What we do

We’re looking for an engaging and fun coach/ facilitator to join our project team specifically focusing on supporting our people to be and stay well, in response to increasing health related absenteeism throughout the organisation. You would be a person who can see the bigger picture, builds rapport quickly and who genuinely thrives on helping others. What’s also important is that you can recognise the unique context that our people are operating in and a way we can support them to have more engaging and insightful conversations about their health and wellbeing. The Role: Where you fit in

Based in the Talent, Leadership and Capability team, your role will be engaging with our clinical and operational leaders to bring one of the core components of our People Strategy to life; Everyone is supported to thrive. We are looking for people who can turn this strategy into positive behaviour change through design and facilitation of face to face learning solutions that enable managers and employees to have effective communication about their wellbeing and health while they are away sick or injured, or just generally absent from work. You’ll be a trusted learning development partner, a champion of diversity, and a co-designer of practical and relevant solutions.

Your role will include the following:

  • Working within a dedicated project team, and with other key internal and external stakeholders to identify more prominent training needs
  • Build face to face or blended learning solutions that meet target audience’s needs, focusing on user experience and positive behavioural change
  • Deliver and facilitate learning solutions face to face
  • Support lifting the capability of the whole learning community of expertise

To be successful in this fantastic opportunity you will need the following:

  • Have considerable experience running and facilitating face to face and/or blended learning solutions within a project team environment
  • Be able to balance best practice with stakeholder engagement
  • Be able to identify learning needs and design, develop and implement end to end face to face or blended learning solutions to fit those needs
