Senior Assistant Director, Leadership Development (3 years renewable contract)Senior Assistant Director, Leadership Development (3 years renewable contract) Training & Development (Human Resources & Recruitment) The L&OD Division comprises of three functional teams in the domain of Leadership Development (LD), Learning and Development (L&D), and Organisation Development (OD).As a Senior Assistant Director of the Leadership Development (LD) team, your day-to-day responsibilities would include managing and leading a group of LD officers in the following activities:· Engaging stakeholders at all levels to identify capability gaps in managers and leaders, lead and work with other LD officers to draw up the appropriate intervention strategy, plan and activities to meet them.· Lead in the design and development of initiatives and solutions to build leadership and managerial capabilities, which also include producing related contents and materials.· Working with external partners, vendors and providers to develop broad-based and specialized leadership development solutions.· Conducting evaluation on the effectiveness of the leadership development solutions applied.· Planning budget required to carry out leadership development related activities at all levels in the organization, and working within budget to ensure cost-effectiveness.· Educating management and staff on leadership development intentions and plans, and engage them on a regular basis to obtain feedback and ideas for improvement.· Facilitating some of the leadership development activities and interventions yourself, subject matter expertise and practice experience permitting.Requirements· At least 8 years of relevant L&OD practice experience.· Passion to help individuals, teams and organisations to be more effective through L&OD.· Established track record in leading individuals and teams to initiate and implement leadership development initiatives and projects (for eg. 360-degree feedback exercise, executive coaching, management programmes, leadership competency framework)· Excellent written and communication skills.· Strong analytical, stakeholder engagement and interpersonal skills.Company information Registration No. T08GB0002C Report this job advert Don’t provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
