As our Office Administrator you will be responsible for providing general administrative support and assisting the Branch Manager and Business Support Manager to deliver on branch financials, operating targets, and to administer the H&S system (Ecoportal). This role will also focus on:Assisting the branch in processing transactions in Greentree on a timely mannerSupporting the Sales team for any new customer accounts & quoting processWork alongside Purchasing for follow ups and resolving any credit issuesArranging and supervising stock takes for accuracy and recordMaintaining and coordinating H&S reporting and activities to ensure complianceAbout YouThis opportunity is ideal for someone looking to step into a friendly working environment with great support.
