The ideal candidate will have some experience in operations and demand planning, with the ability to improve efficiencies through analysing data and process and support our operational lead.Key Responsibilities:Supporting the Inventory Management Processes - All BrandsSupport our inventory management process of the business across Australia & NZGenerate weekly Inventory Reports as required by the Operations manager and internal teamsBulk management supportSupports Sales / Online Retail with EOS excess managementSupport Lead in coordinator the excess / clearance programsSupports the updating of the Product Master FileSupport communication to our 3PL partners (Australia / New Zealand) on forecast incoming & outgoing and SOH alignment supportBecoming a superuser on our ERP (Cin7) and other systemsWork with Customer Service teams on late delivery & cancellation process for wholesale ordersWork with Brand HQ teams where requiredSupport Shipping and LogisticsSupport the shipping process and ensure accuracy of data and timelinessBuild relationships with forwarders, 3PL partners and factory contactsSeek out the most cost and time efficient shipping options available for the business with our forwarding partnersMaking shipment booking and tracking.Coordinate the communication on late deliveries and cancelations to internal teams to communicate to our customersCoordinate the Orderhold & Allocations processCoordinate and support the Orderhold & Allocations for wholesale ordersCoordinate the D2C Orderhold across all warehousesSupport CS to ensure Indent (PreOrder) Orderhold is clean, accurate and up to dateEnsure all PO's are linked and allocated with CS TeamCoordinate the Customer Ops Plan orderhold is updated monthlyCoordinate the weekly orderhold reportingCoordinates Cin7 uploads, cost reconciliation, pricing accuracyLead our Inventory & Order Management SystemEnsures all stock post the buy is in Cin7 accuratelyUpdates Cin 7 with PO's / buysCin7 & systems integrity & alignmentSupport timely product integration with B2B and DTC platforms3PL reported stock levels vs Cin7 SOH reconciliationProduct accuracy: costing detail/ barcodes/ price schemes/ online only versus inline product availability.Ensures the correct seasons are reflectedDemand PlanningSupports with seasonal buy consolidation where and when required.Based on stock turn frequency by channel can forecast buy requirements across the businessesUse Buy Plans supplied by respective brandsDesired Skills & Experience:Analyse & Solve Problems: Gathers relevant information systematically; considers a broad range of issues or factors; includes others in problem-solving efforts when appropriate.Establish Plans: Develops plans that are appropriately comprehensive, realistic and effective in meeting goals; accurately assesses resource needs; develops contingency plans when necessary.Work Efficiently: Allocates time efficiently; handles multiple demands and competing priorities; conducts effective meetings.Team Membership: Understands situations where a group is helpful and or necessary; shows commitment to the Group's objectives; understands the roles of each person in the Group; encourages the participation of everyone on the team; contributes to the timely delivery of the goals.Demonstrate Adaptability: Handles day to day work challenges confidentially; is willing and able to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities and rapid change; shows resilience in the face of constraints, frustrations or adversity; demonstrates flexibility.Focus on Customer Needs; Anticipates and identify customer needs; take action to meet customer needs; develop effective working relationships with colleagues and customers; continually searches for ways to increase customer satisfaction.Technology: Savvy on Microsoft ExcelRole Type#J-18808-Ljbffr
