About the role
We have a permanent position available for a Personal Assistant/Team Administrator to join MBIE’s Service Design Policy Team in Wellington.
In this role you will be responsible for providing a high level of support to the Manager and the team. You will use your strong relationship management and organisational skills to perform an array of tasks and resolve issues, in order to provide efficient and effective administrative support for the Service Design Policy team.
We are looking for someone who is a problem solver, customer-focused, flexible and agile with a positive, proactive approach and an attention to detail.
