provide an inclusive cricket experience with clear and effective pathways for the advancement of it’s players, coaches and administrators, all within an environment of fun and enjoyment .We’ve had an outstanding 23/24 season, winning ACA Club of the Year as well as both the Premier Women T20 and One Day competitions and the Tier 1 Premier Reserve T20 title. We also finished 2nd in the Tier 1 Premier Reserve LO competition and 2nd in the Tier 2 Premier Reserve T20 Competition. To top it off, we were awarded Auckland Cricket Club of the Year, with our Head Women & Girls Coach being awarded Auckland Cricket’s Community Coach of the Year trophy.Right now, Parnell is looking for a coach to join our Senior Women & Girls Coaching team, supporting the delivery of our Premier & Premier Reserve cricket programme for the 24/25 season and beyond.The successful candidate will be a passionate cricket coach who will be integral to the ongoing success and evolution of our women’s programme. This will involve working closely with our Premier Women’s Head Coach, Director of Women & Girls Cricket and Coaching, Women & Girls Steering Group and wider club’s pro-coaching team.Key ResponsibilitiesCoach and mentor for PCC Women & Senior Youth playersTeam Coach for either the Premier Women or Premier Reserve Women’s Saturday gamesPlanning and coaching the Senior Women Squad evening team trainings alongside the Senior Women’s Head Coach and specialist coachesSelector of Women’s Premier and Premier Reserve teams along with Head Coach and appointed selection panel each weekSupport the development and transition of PCC Youth/School girl players into senior women’s teamsShaping and delivering a pre-season programmeProvide 1:1 technical coaching to assist the development of PCC women & girls through our development programmes and academiesPro-coaching across winter academies - Youth Boys, Youth Girls and Premier Women would be offered alsoPro-coaching across College Sport 1st XI and Intermediate School Girls teams would be offered alsoYou will have hands on experience coaching cricketers at different levels and a sound technical and tactical knowledge of cricket. You do

not

It is also one of the most successful clubs with over 40 NZ representatives over the years.PCC currently has over 900 members and is based in a prime location on Shore Rd, Remuera with recently upgraded grounds and even more development planned for this year. The club opened a 3-lane indoor training centre in 2010 which has transformed our ability to coach and train year round.PCC’s Senior Women have had a hugely successful 23/24 season winning both the Pearl Dawson and Prichard Cups as well as the Premier Reserve T20 title and placing 2nd in the Premier Reserve Tier 1 LO competition.
