Ngā mōhiohio e pā ana ki tēnei mahi (About this position) The NelsonMarlborough Holidays Act Compliance Programme (NM HAC Programme) wasestablished to rectify the NM payroll system (Leader), the NM Time andAttendance system (Actor) and payroll processes and policies to ensurecompliance with the Holidays Act 2003.

The RectificationTester works as part of the Rectification Testing team and is responsible for :

Provide Testingexpertise to the Programme

Analysesolutions of breaches to the Holidays Act to come up with scenarios forvalidation.

Interrogatefindings from remediation testing to come up with additional scenariosapplicable to rectification.

Executetests as directed, documenting outcomes and reporting faults.

To be successful in this role you willhave

Testinganalysis and design experience in Payroll or HR systems

Testingexperience in Rostering systems

Minimum2 years - experience in health sector payroll or rostering

Soundunderstanding of the Holidays ActThe successful candidate must be eligible to work in New Zealand orhold a valid NZ visa at the time of applying.
