    What will you be doing / Ngā whainga 

    Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer and working alongside Finance and our People and Culture team, your role will be to ensure that we have robust payroll processes and run accurate and timely payrolls across our 12 global markets.

    This is a critical role; not only will you ensure that employees are paid accurately and on time, you will need to maintain a high level of integrity of the people data and produce high quality reporting. This role provides opportunities to create efficiencies and continuously improve the payroll function.

    What you will need / Ngā pūkenga mō tēnei tūranga

    To be successful you will need to have previous payroll administration and processing experience within a complex or global environment.

    Comprehensive knowledge of New Zealand payroll related legislation is required and ideally some knowledge of payroll related legislation in offshore locations. The ability to forecast and budget is required

    You will be experienced working with HRIS and be highly proficient with excel and Microsoft products, and be comfortable using reporting tools. Having experience with Oracle would be advantageous as we are replacing the current systems that we use for finance and HR and implementing a new cloud-based system.

    We need someone who can make an impact quickly, someone with exceptional organisational and communications skills, who thrives on meeting deadlines, and who is able to manage a busy workload effectively.
