We are looking for a proactive, experienced People Advisor to join our supportive People & Strategy team. We are a team with deep knowledge and experience where you can learn every day. As a People Advisor you will work closely with our Head of People & ER and People Partnering and Operations Managers, providing advisory support across the whole organisation. This will give you significant opportunity to build relationships and add value to all of our business units.

You will already have experience working as a People Advisor across the full people and culture spectrum, with lots of exposure to coaching leaders, and supporting change. Your in-depth knowledge of managing employment relations issues, lifting performance, and generally helping leaders and team members to be successful in their roles, will be essential.
Having ideally worked in multi-site organisations that work at pace, you will love the challenge of juggling BAU with change, continuous improvement and resolving complex people situations.
