Reporting directly to the GM People, Safety & Sustainability, you will be supported to help shape our workplace environment, champion organisational development, and providing strategic and operational HR support. Leading a small team (2FTE) you will also get the chance to develop or hone your leadership skills as well. We're seeking a standout professional with exceptional communication skills and a knack for building rapport at all levels. Your track record in HR, coupled with your expertise in employment and industrial relations, will empower you to introduce innovative practices that align with our vision and build on the solid foundation already established in the business which will help propel our team to new heights. With a 2024 focus on L&D, getting back to basics and continuing to improve on our culture to ensure that it is not only supportive and caring but also high-performing and results-driven there are plenty of exciting opportunities for this role. The ideal candidate will boast: 5+ years of HR experience Expertise in employment and industrial relations is essential. A proven history of driving successful organisational development initiatives. The ability to inspire and motivate others, coupled with a great sense of humour. Some experience in manufacturing or similar industries would be great, but not a must.
